      adaptiQ® tray

      The adaptiQ® tray combines bulk-like fill-and-finish with RTU containers. The vials are washed, depyrogenated, and packaged in a clean room environment before being sterilized with ethylene oxide. All tray dimensions are standardized to ISO requirements, ensuring a perfect fit with your current machinery.

      adaptiQ® cup nest

      The adaptiQ® cup nest facilitates a fully automated, sterile, and highly flexible fill-and-finish process that eliminates glass-to-glass contact. The ISO-standardized 3-inch nest and tub enhances filling efficiency, while the simple de-nesting and re-nesting allow for straightforward single-vial handling.

      Developed in collaboration with top machinery suppliers, adaptiQ® integrates into various filling lines, allowing flexibility in vial, secondary packaging, and filling line selection.

      adaptiQ® offers high-quality vials for both commercial and clinical fills. With standardized washing and sterilization, it ensures quality, safety, and reduced changeover times, meeting ISO 11040-7 and ISO 21882 industry standards.
